#4 RED, WHIITE & BLUE SERIES

#4 RED, WHITE & BLUE SERIES

The families in Colorado need our prayers,
please pause a moment and remember them.

Hello to everyone and I hope you are enjoying your Saturday. Here in TEXAS it is already 99 with
it getting to 104 yesterday.
I think I will stay IN, stay cool  and
enjoy viewing all the great blogs
or maybe a new table scape, a big decision.

If you have been a follower you know that my home is still decorated with RED, WHITE & BLUE for July.
This is at the top of my list for decorating themes.
As I was involved every night last week with
Bible School I feel I have gotten behind.
(We averaged 115 kids each night,  GOD is awesome).
So gang grab a COOL drink
as I may be going to overload  YOU with photos.

  1. Gorgeous patriotic table, I totally love everything in it, specially the top hot as centerpiece. You got such pretty patriotic dishes, each one of the styles, wish I had a couple at least. Wow, it is hot there, take care and drink a lot of liquids. Amazing Bible reading class you have, soo many kids!! Have a blessed Sunday and thanks for your sweet visit.

    1. Kathleen,
I found the plates in container this year and forgotten all about them. They were from Kohl's and were on a sale table,I would image. I also have serving items. I was really shocked when I unwrapped them.
      Thanks for dropping by.

  8. Cathy, thanks for dropping by! I know Texas is hurting, weatherwise, as much as Kansas.Farmers are selling off cattle, which will mean more expensive beef for everyone!
Beautifully decorated hutch for the fourth, and I love your square plates.

  9. Hi Cathy,
Your life sounds a lot like mine with VBS last week and the 4th of July is still all over the cottage. I am so excited to learn we have a mutual friend, Kitty from Kitty's Kozy Kitchen. It is great to meet you and I look forward to exchanges with a fellow Texan. Thanks for sharing and hope to see you soon!

  10. That's a lot of red, white and blue! I like that you did your hutch. I change up my china cabinet several times a year. Right now it's in a beach mode! If you need to cool off, head down here to FL where it's in the low 90's. Contrary to what people believe, it never gets hotter than that, although it will still be in the low 90's in mid-September!

  12. Hi, Cathy! This is my first visit to your blog. Thanks for stopping by mine! It makes great sense to me to keep the house decorated with red, white & blue from Independence Day for as long as possible. It's a wonderful and celebratory color combination that brings a lot of joy. You have a lot of great pieces to work with! Is your hutch built into the wall? I can't tell from here, but it looks like it is. I would love to have a similar piece added to our dining room. I really like the star spangled plates, too!

  13. Hi, Kathy! Glad to meet a sister Texan! Your hutch is wonderful -- just perfect for July or even year-round. (But we know how fun it is to change with the seasons!) Thank you for visiting my table -- I'm late visiting back, as I was out of town.
